Valerian/Poppy Supreme is a unique synergistic blend, created to establish a sense of calm in the body. This product contains Valerian Root, Skullcap and California Poppy, all of which are Certified Organic and grown on the Gaia Herbs Farm.
Take 40-60 drops of extract in a small amount of water every twenty minutes beginning one hour before bedtime (for a maximum of three doses).
