Vitex Elixir supports the luteal phase, or latter part, of the menstrual
cycle.* It contains herbs such as Chaste Tree Berry (also known as Vitex),
Cramp Bark and Raspberry Leaf, which are traditionally used to support a
normal menstrual cycle.* This formulation also helps maintain normal
transition into menopause.*
Add 30-60 drops to a small amount of water 3-4 times daily as needed for 4-6
months.
