Nattokinase NSK-SD® (vitamin K2 free) is combined with L-Carnitine, botanicals and organically grown medicinal mushrooms for targeted cardiovascular support, focusing on circulation, and healthy blood pressure. NSK-SD® supplies fibrinolytic activity to support blood flow. Reishi may maintain nitric oxide production, which helps support smooth blood vessels. Chinese salvia is used throughout Asia for what's known in traditional Asian herbalism as blood stagnation.*
