DIRECTIONS: Add half the contents of this box (1.1lbs) into a bathtub with just enough water to cover the crystals. For a more concentrated bath use the entire 2.2lb box. Let stand for about 15 minutes until most of the crystals have dissolved. Fill the tub with warm water, approximately body temperature. Bath for at least 15 to 20 minutes. After bathing, gently pat your skin dry then let your body air dry naturally. You will notice how supple your skin is after bathing in this sheer ocean of minerals and energy.
