Liquid Methyl-Folate (MTHF) + Methylcobalamin 16 Ounces

Methyl-Folate is the Bio-Active form of Folic Acid. Methylcobalamin is the Bio-Active form of Vitamin B12 and enhances the benefits of MTHF. Homocysteine levels are a risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Helps lower Homocysteine levels and may decrease risk of atherosclerosis, stroke and improve blood flow. Methyl-Folate may improve memory, attention and cognitive function.
Take one to two tablespoons daily. May be mixed with 1 oz of water or juice. Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening to preserve freshness.
