As a dietary supplement, add one-half teaspoon to 6-8 oz. of cold or warm water, twice per day. Mix in a glass or shaker until dissolved. Drink quickly while powder is still suspended in water. If loose stool occurs, start with half the recommended daily amount and work your way up to recommended amount. May be taken with or without food.
