fatty acids. Perilla EFA distinguishes itself from other essential fatty acids
with perilla seed oil contains the highest portion of Alpha-Linolenic Acid
(ALA) among vegetable oils (1). Perilla EFA is presented in softgel capsules
and is suitable for adults.
Adults: Take three capsules two times daily with meals, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
