Melatonin is produced in humans by the pineal gland. A favorite of travelers, it helps support restful sleep.
Suggested Use: 1 to 3 sprays before bedtime. Each spray delivers approx. 1.5 mg of melatonin. For best results, allow liquid to remain in the mouth for 30 seconds and swish before swallowing.
