According to the label: Take 30-60 drops 2-4 times a day.
Echinacea angustifolia, purpurea, & pallida (echinacea), Arctostaphylos uva-ursi (uva-ursi), Barosma betulina (buchu), Usnea spp. (old mans beard), and Zea mays (cornsilk).
A qualified healthcare practitioner should be consulted if symptoms persist for more than 24 hours and/or if there is a fever or pain indicating a kidney infection or inability to urinate. This formula is contraindicated in pregnancy.
