Directions

Days 1-5 only: Take 2 softgels at night.
Probiotic Pearls? Women's yeast balancing probiotics:
Days 6-10 only: Take 1 softgel in the morning and 1 at night. May be taken with or without food. Do not chew or crush. Note: Two Probiotic Pearls Women?s softgels per day are needed to promote healthy yeast balance and support healthy vaginal flora and digestive regularity.* After completing this cleanse program, you can continue to live comfortably by regularly taking Probiotic Pearls Women?s at a maintenance dose of 1 softgel daily.*
Fiber Fusion? Daily:
Days 1-5: Take 4 capsules at night with at leaset 8 ounces of liquid. Days 6-10: Take 4 capsules in the morning with at least 8 ounces of liquid.
